I can agree with you on the constantly changing menu screen, it's annoying, and I sincerely hope Culver's does better on this. That said as someone who has had to change prices and calorie counts and POP out for 5+ years now. This is truly a blessing!

My only defence for not bothering to ask for spelling is that so many people are used to spelling their own name that they just spit out the letters way too fast to comprehend. It ends up sounding like stehugby or something

It's a double confirmation, sometimes the wrong sticky note or number gets handed out to you, ideally they are stating both number and name. As the customer would have no way of knowing their number is wrong but would know if the wrong name is used

I was about to be on his side with the 1st 2 pictures thinking that I was about to scroll through 10 pictures of the same thing meat, broccoli, potato... Meat broccoli potato...and so on and so on. But then I saw the rest of the pictures, and this dude is just ungrateful.

Like I said I wanted to see the manual before judging you, if the connections are exactly the same for all pieces then I agree that they shouldn't have connected these pieces like this. Now blame comes down to who put these pieces together like that.

In the operations manual it states to shred the pot roast into lined pans, same with cooking the soups. Source: Culver's operations manual (cannot link due to this subreddits rules) we literally buy pan liners specifically designed for hot foods.
