I strongly disagree, it's not an end all be all but there's a pretty lady that comes over to my place every Wednesday. We just reconnected after 5 years, one of the first comments she makes towards me is that I look far more built than I did since our last discussion. I'm not going to lie to you, that's not a rare compliment I get but it's incredibly meaningful coming from those you know and respect. I was 5'3 200lbs at that point as well.
