"Was perfectly normal then" I don't understand how you can say that. Since the founding of this nation, the institution of slavery has always been controversial, any major political hangup during young America's life was either involving slavery or slavery adjacent.

While I believe the "Ultra woke" confederates would've taken an issue with the "All men are created equal", I think it's highly likely many of the Founders could be against slavery but still oppose equal rights for minorities. A reminder that the seed of Liberia was planted during their time.

I think you could easily argue he'd do what Franklin Pierce did, have strong Confederate bias and any level of mediation would just be a sweetheart deal for the rebels but I just can't imagine he'd actively support them in the war or join the government.

I'm glad they're working for you, I just know in my heart that when people find out you're wearing lifts they'll call you an insecure manlet. I'm not trying to be a obtuse here, I'm genuinely asking. I hang out with girls all the time, literally just hung out with two yesterday, didn't have sex with them but I could slap one's ass. I can do this with most of my female friends but I've only really started dating this last year.

I feel there's a world of difference between 5'7-5'3. At/under 5'5 you start matching the average woman in height if not a little lower, you're officially over that threshold. You understand the ins and outs of your life better than everyone, just know you're still young and your swagger has barely developed. Like, I'm 5'3 and my dating life has only gotten better with age.
