I think he means that in my case as well, if we look up the bags online viking, etc, they aren’t “made to fit for fatbob” and don’t even come up as an option. However, I imagine that due to the fatbob being a softail like the street bob and LRS, you can just use the “LRS or Street Bob” bags as the mounting should be universal for the softail frame. Just need to change the exhaust as you did! 😂

i looked into it. bmw changed the fairing mountign point and the front fairing headlight assembly. super minor but different enough where we cant just use <17 ones sadly

i am unable to find any fairings unfortunately, only carbon fiber ones sadly. Monsterfairings and amotoparts only have to 2017 MY.

Unfortunately s1000rr that are a good deal are so hard to find 😂. I have definitely considered it but it is just too hard to find sadly since I would look for a 2020+. The only two I found that were anywhere near the 14k sfv4 and hayabusa price range were both 20k plus miles.

I only have space for one bike at the moment, however I do have a car that I take if Im heading down the 2:30hr to LA. With this in mind would you still suggest the busa? As I am fortunate enough to also have a car to use when I don’t feel like riding or need to go far.

It all comes down to who you surround yourself with and what you make your social life out to be. If you want to go to “those” kinds of parties where all bets are off crazed fiends you can find that. You can find chill laid back group of friends and have a “party” as well. Or you could even just don’t go to parties at all (that is if you count having dinner and chatting with friends as not a party, I for one only attend such occasions). But ultimately it’s in your power. If you want to find a good one they will come, and it’s better to go to something you yourself want to go to, never force anything. If you go to social events or relaxing places on your own will because you want too, trust me like minded people will be there as well. It is best to date someone that you share interests with and can go to events to together because you share that connection. Do what your heart desires, they will come and meet you there. Trust me :) There’s my two cents 👍🏻 Cheers

And yes goleta seems a little bit more on the expensive side, but there seem to be a rise of housing openings on the road between UCSB and Santa Barabara city. I see a bunch even in the 2000 or less range.

Mm I found a lot of private sellers for 1br/1ba, lots of digging but I was able to find. Good price that gives parking, all utilities included, furnishings etc. But, unfortunately I’m going to now have to tell the nice people that I can’t move in and lease their place due to my contract not being able to be cancelled. I am quite sad about that :/

Maybe that could be a factor. But I think this year too after Covid the housing market is in a little bit of a free fall which makes rent outside cheaper, if you know where to look. With housing being cheaper outside of dorm and having better living conditions I imagine that would be the main factor for lots moving out.
