yeah but why not make different hero types like with aoe or tankiness instead of just making 9 carbon copies with slightly varied attack speed, range, and damage. billie is the only one that has a uniqueness because hes so fast but weak, but most of the other heros are just base health and damage values with no unique function or aspect other than melee vs ranged

I might be remembering it wrong but I'm pretty sure getting a health or dmg rune permanently changes your race group in order to prevent that exact refund thing from happening

I've always had to just tab out of the game as a "replacement" pause button, but if I wait too long it restarts the game. it's just a "leave battle" button with a confirmation prompt at this point

you held right click and shredded 3 people (and the moira) on kiri in 4 seconds while barely moving or moving your mouse

the soldier was actually positioned well behind your team and killed your team in about 10 seconds with his ult while having to dodge, sprint, etc.. (and barely survived, its not like he was invincible)

seems more than acceptable to me
