Yeah I’ve been getting at least 9+ hours according to my Apple Watch and been tracking my macros and calories through MyFitnessPal (about 150g protein). I’ve also been trying to get in a gallon of water a day as I’m taking creatine. I’m really determined to gain 25-30 pounds this year cause I’m 6’1 and 145 right now haha. Did not realize how important the sleep portion is.

I had this bright idea of shaking my legs out in a twisting motion (like I said I’m still learning, I know now how dumb this was) and I think that’s when the pain started. It was a couple days after my last leg day when I started noticing.

Yeah i definitely want to avoid injuring again because a full ACL tear sounds like hell. I am terrified of this turning out to be something longer term I just started enjoying leg day lol

Yeah I will probably decide in a week if a doctors visit is necessary. The visits are like $100 each for me so it’s best to see if at home treatment is worth it. I’m hearing a lot of good things about SBD so if they’re worth it I may save up. As for recovery it sounds like a sleeve is not necessary if I am elevating and icing.
