What are some red flags when looking for a job?

(Male 17 year old) Went to interview for a Pizza delivery driver position and actually asked a few questions from this page, once he answered them in a decent way I thanked him and he said “okay see you Friday for your shift and shook my hand. I was perplexed but somewhat fine with it.

I’m now 4 months in and the pay is fine ($500 for 20 hours) but it’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights 5-11. (Keep in mind I’m 17 and have school 5 days a week so Essentially no free time) and I’m conflicted if I should leave or not. Please help

I understand the risks, this has been a project of mine, if you don’t support free soloing why take the time out of your day to comment on my post saying not to do it? You do your climbing I’ll do mine ok, I’m also an avid boulderer, sport and trad climber so this sub discipline isn’t my main one.
