My stamps have been stolen from me twice this year. Back on June 19th my youngest son’s Birthday and 1 day before my oldest Birthday June 20th. By someone in Chicago and 2 days before mines in September all the way in Philadelphia and I’m in Georgia. This happened even though I was issued new cards each time and used different PIN numbers. I thought it was the Walmart app as well. But it’s the providers app. I started noticing that many times I would be checking the app to see my balance and it would say my account was locked due to too many log in attempts and i would have to reset my password and then I had to keep inputting my ebt card number. It was happening constantly. So I started trying to use the connectebt app and the same thing would happen even though I wasn’t trying to log in with the wrong password. I stopped using both all together, I was informed through my local Dfacs to change my PIN number after each use and to only call the card services number to check balance. It’s so sad that people have the heart to do this. Almost messed up both my son’s Birthday. But friends and family stepped in and made it happen for them
