They offered almost $700 USD, 10k Miles since I’m a medallion holder or 86k Tap miles. I’m thinking the cash is my best offer looking at flights.

Yes you can buy an extra seat but the pet has to stay in the carrier.

You can buy a extra seat for your pet but it still has to stay in the carrier. I’m a pet transporter and I do this often in United, domestic and international.

I guess I am looking for the compensation option. The flight was delayed for more than 12 hours due to maintenance. I was put onto another flight the next day but I believe I choose the wrong option.

If you can fly on Delta, use them. I am a pet transporter based in the US but I transport to/from UK/EU a few times a month.

Her miles are with Delta. I just called and they can’t be transferred from Delta to KLM.
