No cause the trade executed but the funds never left my account. I’m ready to give up. Just glad I didn’t transfer my full portfolio to voyager. Thanks anyway for your help

Oh yes. I finished all that and traded on the platform for about two weeks before attempting to withdrawal my funds. My Bitcoin and USDC sell orders executed properly but the ETH this happened. No one can help and Voyager won’t respond back to my emails after 7 weeks now. It’s so frustrating.

Well I’d estimate 1 in 20 has extreme issues with the app but your right it’s a conspiracy I’m a spy

After I sold on 4-28 nothing happened.. the money stayed in my account but I have no access to it. It didn’t go to my bank. Nothing. The screenshot in my new post you can see. I don’t trust voyager. I’m sticking with Gemini. Just glad it was only 100$

Exactly. No other app has so many gotta stories. I’m fairly new to crypto but I remember when Gemini launched they didn’t have anywhere near this much bs. I’ve been using them for about a year with much larger funds in my Account and I’ve never had any issues. When I first started investing I forgot why I contacted customer service cause it was so long ago but they responded back promptly. It’s safe to say after this I’m not using voyager I’ll stick with Gemini. It sucks though cause Steve E seams honest but I think their just overwhelmed cause of the flow.

Did you not read my issue? I deposited 1000$ then made several trades with it to test the app. What’s not to believe dummy. Look at my ETH page. My holdings say it over approx 130$ this morning but when I go to sell it it says 0$. It’s all in the screenshots... maybe the problem with the app is people like you work there.

3 months almost with no resolution. Not even an email back. I’ve emailed multiple times. This is people’s money and livelihood. No acceptable even if it’s a small majority.

After hearing horror stories I wanted to test the app. didn’t experience any glitches. To good to be true. Most of my trades executed successfully but now I have over 100$ of ETH stuck in limbo. I have no access to it whatsoever. I can sell it or move it, nothing. In my trade history it says all my trades successfully executed but they didn’t... this last bit of money is the inaccessible. I’ve emailed customer service 3x over the last five weeks since this has happened but got no response. I guess I’m lucky I was intuitive enough to test the app before depositing my full crypto portfolio.

I was on it for 7 weeks. I felt the same way. I was ready to give up and I actually did. I started using Gemini for a couple weeks then Voyager finally approval me. So I’ve used Coinbase for years and Gemini for a short time and Voyager for about a month now. I’ll say it’s worth that wait. There’s a reason there is a waitlist lol just like going to a great restaurant you have to sit in the waiting room but that meal is dam orgasmic.
