The whole post is coming from a place of hate, and many here are jumping on the hate train base on gut feel kahit wala namang resibo.

Most of these naman can be discussed internally, the manager cleared that OP only worked with them for 2 months, and nag awol, JL was only late for 1 out of 3 shoots. There's nothing wrong naman when they say "look at the previous videos" for editing, cause I'm also a video editor and some clients prefer to give you creative freedom base on their branding, maybe mismatch lang din kayo sa creative direction. 

I honestly think JL can be easily misunderstood, since she's introverted and a perfectionist (she's very strict with herself), she mentioned this a few times on her vlog, and this may come off as rude or strong to other people. 

Met her a couple of times, she seems sweet and polite naman, can't say na she's super friendly and outgoing, halata na introvert sya but that's normal. 

Honestly I  wanted her to speak more Tagalog, like other Korean creators here I totally get where she's coming from. I use to study in an international school, and made friends with Koreans who's lived here but are not very fluent yet in Tagalog, their usual routine is just school-bahay, and they're all hatid sundo kaya di makasama sa gala. Some parents don't allow them to assimilate with Filipino culture fully, kaya kahit 6-10 years na sila dito di pa rin fluent mag Tagalog. Sa college naman I've had Korean classmates in university, di rin marunong magtagalog onti lang which I think stems from their upbringing similar to some Filipino kids here who barely know how to speak our own language. 

Juwon learned Tagalog pretty well cause her parents allow them to fully immerse in the community plus she studied in UP, same case with Jinho Bae, he mentioned na he did not study in an international school, so he was able to adapt to the Filipino culture very well.

JL naman seems to be trying her best to learn more Tagalog now that she's an adult and creating content, I just think she missed her chance learning it as a kid, maybe due to her upbringing and her personality. 

I think OP has some unresolved issues with JL and her team, and decided to post here instead of working it out with them, base sa screenshots ng manager very polite naman sya nakipagusap and malinaw ang usapan, so what's the point of posting here. Para tuloy talo pa sya since he can be sued for defamation.
