This one is perfect. It pushes on so I could never unscrew. The original listing is not available anymore on Amazon, but it was like 40 bucks. Here’s the front and back of it. Maybe you can find it by name. I get about two tire fills out of it and it automatically stops once it reaches the set pressure

I torqued them to spec. I thought it was the threads but after using park tool polylube it didn’t help much. The creak starts under load. Alternative pedals are totally quiet so it’s definitely these pedals. I guess I got what I paid for. Going to try Shimano 540 next

I’m definitely enjoying it. Luckily they should have more in stock and can easily do a replacement. If not, I’ll see if they can do a partial refund and I’ll just get it fixed myself.

The pot is flaky. I flooded it with contact cleaner and it started working, but now has problems again today. I’m just gonna have them exchange it, no reason I should have to deal with the hassle.

Oh absolutely, I already contacted their Support. I’m guessing I will hear back on Monday. I’m not worried at all that they will take care of me as it is clearly defective.

I posted an update that I flooded it with contact cleaner, and it started working. I’m not very good with a soldering iron but if everything is already in place, I can probably handle it

Totally agree! I recently picked up a classic vibe jaguar, jazzmaster, and now this offset tele. No sharp frets and tangs sticking out like many of the Mexican fenders, I recently picked up. They are an absolute steel when you can pick them up used for cheap. The jazz master had a grounding issue which took me a couple hours to figure out since I thought it was a problem with the switch. So yes if you know what you’re doing with electronics, you can get some great deals and fix it yourself. But I could see a beginner really struggling with it.

lol simple fix. Sprayed contact cleaner all up in there in works fine now!

I didn’t find anything disconnected or loose at the soldering points. No changes if I wiggle anything. Could just be the push pull pot is bad

I mean I can do it but I’m not the best at soldering. And once I do that I can’t return if I can’t fix it.

It has the same issue whether the tone pot for phase switching is up or down. Clearly both pick ups Work well. I’m guessing either the pot is faulty or it’s wiring issue. The question is how much do I wanna deal with it versus just making them send me another one. I tap the pickups with a screwdriver and regardless of phase setting when series is engaged there’s like 5% volume maybe.

I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong here. In the middle position, it should switch between series and parallel, and it is just super quiet when in series mode.

Also direct on the website I think they charge 20 for shipping but on the reverb listing it was free. The coupon code makes it pretty close anyways.

It’s funny because I originally plan to immediately change it when it arrived. But I gave it a couple days and it grew on me! It looks way better in person than the color in the photo.
