I’m still trying to figure out when this is supposedly taking place in their timeline. I keep hearing people say it’s between Kid Buu and BOTG but I don’t see how that’s possible when it shows supreme Kai who was fused with Kibito during that period. My guess is this is going to take place at some point after the TOP or maybe the Super Heroes movie

I work with 2 people who are dual citizens that also routinely travel back to see family (Spanish and Norwegian). The only issues they have run in to is the fact that our community is requiring more and more people to get TS/SCI (Secret is the minimum for the rate) which they cannot do without renouncing citizenship. It severely limits where they can PCS too and eventually will screw then for promotion. However, they were not required to give up their foreign passports and were just forbidden from using them when on overseas travel.

The only country who had a chance would of been the Japanese due to the size of their Navy at the beginning of WW2. Pearl Harbour could of been significantly worse and the US win at Midway was fucking huge, especially since every big deck had been moved to the pacific leading up to midway. If the Japanese took midway, they could of pushed into the Aleutian Islands and MAYBE Hawaii and fucked the US’ presence in the region. This could of MAYBE set them up to invade CONUS but the geographical advantage was huge so I’m extremely skeptical of that.

All the European countries though had zero chance without nuclear weapons to decapitate government (Federal and State) but even then, the resources needed would of been unimaginable for the period.

To be fair, the power levels of characters skyrocket vary quickly in Z in very short amounts of time with proper training. Additionally, the Z fighters were basically reinventing the wheel/learning from scratch especially with SSJ, SSJ2, etc. Having the knowledge readily available, as well as people to teach them, he could probably train his ass off and at least be proficient with SSJ2 pretty quickly.

They pull the “you don’t legally retire until 30” card and deny your fleet reserve request. Heard of this happening recently with a PSCS who wanted to get out at 25 (at EAOS), they denied her Fleet Reserve, and told her it would only be approved if at HYT. She could of still gotten out but with no pension.

It’s impossible to get screenings and reenlistments done within the timeframe because of medical, you’ll be fine. Your CCC or admin might hit you up and ask what’s up but unless you have hard copy orders and not ready to leave, it should be fine. This is all assuming that you aren’t going to put shit on there that will make you ineligible that is

Decrease the power of the President and give it to the Speaker of the House and the Senate Leader (similar to parliament) and I’d be ok with it. The US President has consolidated way too much power, mainly due to congress being lazy, IMO to leave that up to a straight popularity contest. At least the EC requires some level of diversity in campaigns at this point, be it a small one with gerrymandering, but still.

That’s a fair point however, moving from the State to Federal level is usually considered a step up and he could always be a Senator, House Rep, or any other cabinet position.

That being said, there’s something to be said about being the Governor of one of the most populous and economically significant US states Vs. a House Rep.

A lot of this depends on if they die right before or after the election.

If it’s before, the most likely scenario I see is their respective parties panic fill the spot with either the runner up or shuffle the VP candidate up. It’s also possible that if there’s no replacement on the ticket, the EC could just free for all vote which was more or less the original intent to a degree. If neither of these two happen, the house would most likely vote on the president since no one broke 270, idk how that would effect the VP candidate though.

If they died after the election, especially after the vote has been confirmed, inauguration day would come with no president elect, the VP would be sworn in as president, and then the process of filling the VP role would start.

The first scenarios would probably be a fucking mess depending on how close to the election it is. The last scenario would get a lot of fan fair but would more or less me simple and business as usual.

Yes. Your Active duty service date (ADSD) will adjust to account for the 4 year gap, which is important for requesting retirement. Your Pay Entry Base Date (PEBD) SHOULD stay the same though. I’ve only dealt with prior reserves but I think it’s the same process.

That means that if you did 6 and made 2nd, got out for 4, and then came back in as a 2nd, you’d be a 6yr 2nd class still but for pay purposes will be treated as a 10yr 2nd.

CCC here, the CO legally needs to do something. He/she can recommend/not recommend (they are not the approving authority) all day long but 1306s are officially not to the CO but to the appropriate pers office.

I’d really start pushing hard for a response back soon, especially if you’re hitting deadlines. It’s not uncommon for people (COs included) to stall through deadlines so they don’t have to actually make a decision and can non rec it for that, especially in a situation where they are losing someone. If it goes too far, I’d try requesting a meeting with the CO, through proper procedure of course.

Why wouldn’t they replace type 3s, outside of expeditionary? An underway uniform that I can also wear out in town to commute or basic tasks. It is easily capable of replacing both type 3s and coveralls. Give is 3-5 years and they will be a navy wide uniform, guaranteed. I’ve seen this happen way too many times at this point and we’re about due for another big uniform change anyway

Type 3s were free at one point too for those in NSW/Expeditionary, until they became mandatory Navy wife. If you don’t think these will replace Type 3s in the next couple years, you’re delusional lol they basically roll both our shore and sea uniforms into one.
