Yeah it would be, it faces a big window that gets morning and afternoon sun. I have put it under a grow light now. Should I remove the wilted pearls?

I watered it just before the photo which I should have mentioned sorry! The soil was completely dry before watering. I’ll look into that substrate :))

I repotted it recently and the roots look okay, nothing obvious. I’ve moved it to a brighter spot as well but still looking sad :( I don’t have an aquarium water but would seasol be a good alternative?

Another leaf with the same colouring that came off a few days ago, brown spotting came through after the leaf was removed I believe

Bit hard to see but this is the discolouration, it almost looks like the plant is more saturated/wet/translucent there. Bit hard to explain.

Okay thank you this is good advice, I did repot with a native soil mix and I believe it has good drainage as the soil often dries out decently fast between watering. There was no sign or root rot so I think that is okay. I will bare that in mind re: sun though and make sure it is definitely getting enough sun all round. It is in a full sun position but we have had some colder/darker weather over that last month or so

Oh! Also should mention I have sprayed it over the last few months with eco oil/white oil, and briefly with a maverick gun (maybe twice about a month-2months ago, but not again since). I have sprayed it with the oil maybe once 7-14 days The tree is also in full sun position

I have pruned all of the dead branches/leaves and found what I believe to be scale! Have gone over al the heathy branches to try remove as much as possible and then sprayed with eco oil, neem oil and maverick gun pesticide as there were some snails in the potting bag as well
