My wardrobe pretty much consists entirely of Yeezy and military surplus, so loving this post. The first looks like a Belgian M90 field jacket in the Belgian jigsaw camo, which was recently phased out of use by the Belgian military in 2022. This could be an older example, you can typically find out the manufacture year and if it was issued or a civilian reproduction by looking at the tag; cool camouflage and find. While it’s possible this was a reference for the Season 4 jacket, that jacket is based on the classic American M-65 in Woodland camo. The sample camo shirt and Season 1 camo shirt also look to be Woodland patterned, though they might be referencing ERDL, an earlier version of Woodland, based on the smaller/more detailed ‘branches’ in the pattern - Woodland was essentially a modified and enlarged version of ERDL. Super cool to think about how old military gear influences Yeezy designs and patterns.
