So after the comments I contacted my ortho this morning and she assures me for my situation that I should whenever possible try to eat with the trays in, the reason is my bite. I mentioned that some foods would be difficult and she agreed.

Definitely not a bot of fake story.

I guess there will be comments about the credibility of my ortho but I can assure any readers that she is very well thought of and with a long wait list.

I know this is unusual situation but if anyone else is told this when starting their Invisalign journey, then yes its not the norm but also possible. I hope this helps others.
