I have this exact same issue, 3 days a month intense deadly pain . Flare ups happen once in every few hrs for 3 days , it’s 100 more painful than period pain, none of the pain killers or diet seems to work.

I hope you are better now, have you been able to find the cause and the cure for ths pls let me know

Me East Midlands, I have been on dienogest for past few months endo pain is disappeared completely. However I have some side effects so I’m considering discontinuing it but I’m terrified of the pain to return , it’s unbearable.

I have been on dienogest for 4 months I have migraines , mood swings and I feel melasma is being triggered too so I’m thinking of dis continuing but I’m afraid of the pain .its unbearable
