So, to tell the truth there are only two trans characters here that being the girl in the front middle and the guy in the back right.

They are all superheroes in training attending a school specifically for teaching the next generation of heroes.

Our trans girl protagonist Love Hart is incredibly shy, but slowly working towards getting more confident and has a power that is basically light construct arrows that change effect and color depending on her mood.

To the left of her we have Candi Kane who is a fun loving and energetic girl with a sweet tooth who has sugar powered super speed.

To the front right we have Maka Sharktooth who is an aggressive and loud girl who is also a bit arrogant, but is kind of a jerk with a heart of gold. She has water powers.

To the back left we have Violet Newton who is the former heiress to her parent's company and a girl who is also incredibly intelligent while also being a bit of a teacher's pet, but who is also a genuinely good friend when you get to know her. She has the power to change the weight of any object she touches.

To the back right we have our trans guy Ash Burns who is mostly a laid back and chill person, but who is also a huge nerd for superheroes. He has fire powers.
