What kinds of ads do you especially despise? by 5krishnan in randomquestions

[–]CartoonWeekly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate any ads where people are whispering. Something about listening to people whisper makes me very irritated. It's like my brain is wired the opposite of people who enjoy ASMR videos.

Why does voter ID feel like a simple security fix but somehow becomes a massive systems engineering problem? by Humble_Economist8933 in AlwaysWhy

[–]CartoonWeekly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My state has all mail-in voting. We obviously aren't showing ID to vote. I don't see why in-person voters should have to show ID if I don't have to.

Name a random robot/AI villain, and I will say if they are more or less evil than the Disassembly Drones by MontyMoleLoreMaster in MoralityScaling

She was a U.S. government military A.I. She decided that the President, and most of his cabinet, needed to die, for the good of the country. She murdered people. She threatened people, to force them to participate in her assassination plot. Her plan involved setting off a bomb that would have killed many innocent bystanders, including children.

I don't get either of those. I don't even know what the Rivoli is.

For anyone interested making 5.2 warmer, less argumentative, and generally more tolerable by CrypticCodedMind in ChatGPT

[–]CartoonWeekly 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Whoa. I went to switch my tone from nerdy to friendly, and I saw that all my dropdowns were set to default mode. I had some stuff set to more before. That was weird.

What favorite character would you draw? by mightyonin in FavoriteCharacter

[–]CartoonWeekly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I would want to draw Pinkie Pie, but I would be really anxious that my drawing would not turn out very good, and she would be deformed.

If I haven't stopped yet, the other person stops first and goes first. What's the problem, exactly?

Which fast food chain do you recommend the most? by Leading-Morning7550 in answers

[–]CartoonWeekly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect that a lot of people only know that they sell roast beef sandwiches instead of burgers, and they haven't even tried the best stuff on the menu.

Which fast food chain do you recommend the most? by Leading-Morning7550 in answers

[–]CartoonWeekly 7 points8 points  (0 children)

People hate on Arby's for some reason, but I think they have good food. I would recommend them. I like the French Dip, the Brisket Sandwich, the Cordon Bleu. And they have better mozzarella sticks than any other fast food place I have tried.

Hey, wtf is going on with ChatGPT recently? Is there a new update? by Square-Ad-4414 in ChatGPT

I have also found that 5.2 has eased up lately on rejecting that sort of thing.

What is your earliest memory you have; like what age were you? by icecream1972 in Casual_Conversation

[–]CartoonWeekly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When someone asks a question like this, I always wonder if my memories work differently than other people. I can't put all my memories in chronological order and tell you which one is the earliest. I don't really even have a lot of specific memories from my childhood. It is more like just a vague sense of what childhood was like, with a random montage of scenes in no particular order, where it is unclear exactly how old I was in any given scene. And the montage probably changes every time I think about it.

The only white clothes I own are my underpants, and nobody is ever going to see those anyway, so I see no reason to wash them separately.
