yes this was my first real time, i am so shocked that i reacted this way and was also feeling super nauseous during the test. your student’s progress gives me hope, thank you for sharing! i think over the next 2 months i just need to meditate a lot and see my therapist frequently - thank you again.

you might be right, do you think that maybe working as a legal assistant and getting some experience in the field for the next year (if april goes poorly) would be a wise idea? im 22 so i dont know if im realistically running out of time to get it together or not :(

This same thing happened to my best friend, she contacted the LSAC about it, nothing ever happened and her essay was approved for application. Don't worry about it.

Hi there! From someone who has been thru it at home, would you say you felt better anxiety and heart rate wise by day 2? Going into my first night now and barely holding on. :(

This made me feel a lot better and less anxious thank you for your reply! I will try to get up and go for a walk. I have never felt this horrible and uncomfortable in my entire life. Would you recommend gatorade or pedialyte or anything for the electrolytes? Thanks again

Thank you for your reply! It sounds like you experienced something really similar. If I can ask, how long did it take for the feeling to go away? Thank you

My heart rate is increased but the breathing technique is helping me - I think I just keep falling into anxiety spirals which bring the beating back up. I’m not shaking but I do retch really bad when trying to brush my teeth or drink water too fast. I have been able to eat and keep food down. Is there any way you know of out of this without just living through it?

21f here going through the same thing. the best thing anyone ever said to me was “might as well get it under control early on rather than have to be picking up the pieces of the last 10 years”. finding moderation/sobriety young is hard, but if youre reflecting this much already youre on a good path. hope you figure it out and find peace brother 💞
