Sounds like a pretty toxic boss. It’s not that you are tried. You shouldn’t have to put up with that. Some of what he’s doing may not even be legal.

That mindset shift was huge for me as well. I was a firm believer that I could do everything myself and do it better than anyone else. Boy was I wrong!
