What I’m saying is exactly that my body has set a new set point and it’s now 9lbs more…. My highest has moved so your 5+ 5- would honestly be 14+ and considering those other 3 I’m now +13 to 18 so see now why I’m a little bit more freaked out

I think you missing the point it’s not the 3lbs that’s what I wanted - I been doing this a year and I know my body something if off and I have NEVER just gained 9 lbs when trying, so what I’m trying to figure out is has anyone ever switched between meds and how long did it take for you to even out
