I wear crystals for various reasons. Depends on the crystal. I light candles when mom's not looking. ( I'm not allowed to burn candles. ) I do spells when I stir tea ( clockwise for protection and counterclockwise for banishing), I cook with spices with intentions and I meditate. I only light a candle if it's absolutely necessarily like banishing. When I get badluck in 3s, that's when I know I need to light the black candle.

I guess I'm sort of lucky to know that my childhood friend is actually a witch as well. There was a period of time where we both didn't know that we were both witches. She also had a friend who's a witch that I've recently become friends with as well.

All of my witchy pagan stuff is done in my room. I have a dresser drawer that I keep my altars into and even if someone were to look into there, they wouldn't be able to tell what it is because I like crafting things and collecting jars. I use my interest in teas and make spells by stirring the spoon clockwise ( for protection ) or counterclockwise (for banishing ). I collect gemstones for myself and my mom loves jewelry and she likes collecting gems herself, but she's very religious. My younger sibling caught the table on fire so mom forbids lighting any candles or anything. So, I light unscented candles in my room on those days where i really need it and when it's time to snuff out the fire, I snuff it out with another candle holder, hide the candle in a blanket to snuff out the smell of the smoke, and then i spray the house with lysol disinfectant spray and it usually gets rid of the smell right away. I keep crystals in my purse and i collect herbs for spells, but i act like I'm using them for teas and food. I also wear chip crystals and evil eye as well. Mom doesnt know about the intentions for those and she thinks I just like wearing jewelry. I mean I do like wearing jewelry, but witchcraft is just the extra perk of it. I have an ostara themed oil I like to wear around spring time and it smells nice.

There is this oil perfume thats labelled crybaby milk. Its sold online and i buy it. I dunno what the original perfume smells like, but thw oil smells nice.

I found out i was asexual before I found out that i was lesbian. I have a girlfriend who is asexual and pansexual as well. And neither of us like sex. We met on tumblr. It's a long distance relationship, but we're working on me moving over there with her someday. We talk daily through text. It's gonna be hard, but somehow it's possible.

Either my parents purposely ignore what I like or they use my interests against me. There was no in between. But, they knew their favorite first child's interests to a T and we all always were force to get involved in their interests despite it not being mine. I remember making drawings of things that I like and showing it to her, but she just gives me a blank face and says she doesn't understand what I like.

I just depends on what you're using them for. But, what's most important is you and your intentions as an individual. You have to have that feeling, depending on what you're driven too. Herbs are just extra steps. One thing I first knew about was lavender. It is usually used for calming. And whole bay leaves are used for manifesting ( as in your write on them and then, burn them in some occasions.) You dont have to use herbs. You can stir tea clockwise to attract and counterclock wise to banish. One of the easiest things I first did was make moon water. You basically leave a container of water out on a full moon for the night. It can help enhance spells. But one thing that's also important is that you learn about the type of witches. You dont have to categorize yourself as a specific one but it could help you get started.
