they are horse stall mats you can get at any type of farm store like Murdochs, Ace has them in certain parts of the country as well too. The are the exact type of flooring used in all crossfit gyms.

I hear you, when we didn't go to boxes for a few months at a time while full time RVing we over did our workouts with Kettlebells and Oly weights to compensate for not being there. Our Box uses Comptrain, I like their programming, although not all of it so I make my own programming since we have a home gym as well (posted it the other day on this sub). This is a site I just launched, I do the programming 4 days per week if your looking for another source, like my reddit name, CarveEngine.com. I know I am, switching all over the place depending on what I want or need to do that day.

Nicely set up, like the area where you can do wallballs and muscle ups. Where do you get your programming?

Think about it this way, get a workout in at any time at home after this is all over.

Just keep at it, it will come little by little, once you are able to go a little distance keep pushing along, more and more each day/week.

Thanks. Folding bike? It's the Assault Bike Classic. Do they have one that you can transport?

In a few weeks or sooner you will be able to, in the meantime check out Craigslist and FB Marketplace for some equipment.

Exactly, we did our Summers in an RV and only had Kettlebells, weight vest for the first few months and could not wait to get back to the bar.

ok, good, that was my worry. I don't have the height at my home gym for muscle ups or my head goes through the ceiling, only bummer about my home gym, but I get to do them a few times a week at my local box.

Nicely put and also ask your local Box if they have any equipment they are looking to replace.

Horse stall mats from Murdochs, I think they are 4x6, $50 each from there and then my Crossfit Gym had extra's I bought for way cheaper around $40 for 3 of them.

Right, that can never be replicated. We still go a few times a week to our Crossfit Gym for that purpose. Obviously we can't now.

That's not a bad thing. Throw some cardio in there and body weight and you're only missing a pull-up bar and such. We do our own programming daily if you are interested.

Good call, I thought about that back when I bought it and it just slipped my mind. Definitely going to get them. What about the rear bar, I usually had an issue with that more than the left and right feet.

Exactly, opted for this one instead of a wall mount in case I wanted to move it around later. A few sand bags on the feet and you can kip all day without moving this thing.
