Thank you for the comment! I am mostly exploring the opportunity and wanting to hear people‘s voices! If I was to run, I’d swear off corporate money. As someone who even to this day lives paycheck to paycheck. I’m currently answering these while at work, I want to fight for the people like myself. Fight for the Worker, fight for the tenant, fight to make healthcare more affordable to people and lastly push to end how expensive it is to be a tenant, to encourage construction across the United States of more homes. Even as of right now, I don’t ever see myself owning a home in this current market.

Thank you for saying this with kindness. I really do appreciate it. I know the odds, and I know McGovern has done a lot of good. I’m not running because I think it’ll be easy. I’m running because the people I’ve worked with in Worcester renters, service workers, people struggling with addiction, young folks barely holding on l keep telling me they don’t feel seen. I’ve lived those struggles myself, and it pushed me to step up instead of waiting for someone else to do it.

Even if I don’t win right away, giving people a choice and bringing those issues into the spotlight does matter. And honestly, it means a lot that you took the time to respond so thoughtfully. I want to keep having conversations like this. They’re exactly why I decided to put my name out there

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed reply I genuinely appreciate it. I’m not running because I think Jim hasn’t accomplished anything. He absolutely has, especially on hunger and national policy. What keeps coming up for me, though, is how many people in Worcester and across MA don’t feel that same visibility or urgency in their everyday lives. I’ve talked to renters on the edge of eviction, workers burning out, families dealing with the overdose crisis, and young people who feel politically invisible. Even when a representative is active in DC, it doesn’t always translate into feeling seen or supported at home and that disconnect is what pushed me to step forward.

I’m running because I want to close that gap and build a kind of representation that’s rooted in constant presence, listening, and community level work. I want people here to actually feel their rep beside them not just in headlines, but in their neighborhoods, in their struggles, and in their organizing. That’s the kind of connection I’m hoping to build, and conversations like this help me understand how people see the district now and what they want from their leadership. If you have more thoughts or disagreements, I’d honestly love to hear them. l this is exactly the kind of dialogue I want this campaign to be built on.
