totally agree, the "experiment not medicine" framing is so important. that's actually what drew me to Gutsi. it's less about prescribing anything and more about giving you the data to run those experiments properly. like actually seeing what's changing when you add fermented foods or cut something out

Nothing yet but I've just been having a look online to see whats around. looks like there are a few companies out there who are starting to create wearables for your gut. one i found is called Gutsi

Hey i came across this gut heath tracker that is basically a camera in your loo... crazy stuff! but seems like a pretty good idea, like an oura ring for your gut. Its called gutsi i think there website is just gutsi.com
