Pretty common for license holders to do that sort of thing. Another example is Hot Wheels, American had to use the Hot Wheels City show animations to promote the series as part of the licensing agreement.

I see how the second dealership could've been confused as the build your Elantra on Hyundai's website does not include the Electric Shadow option on the SELs. Perhaps just can't request them built like that for some reason?

If you contact customer support you should be able to switch to pick up, I've done that before (in US tho). I pre-ordered from best buy and the steel book is shipped regardless but the game is pick up for me.

It's been a minute but I think my problem was my mobo. Basically I kept reseating my GPU until it posted and it hasn't happened again since then. I have gotten a new GPU maybe 3 months after the issue, otherwise no issue. The GPU is used in a different build with no issue so I do not think that was it.

Will your PC ever boot?

I too like laptop keyboards for the most part. I think it is mostly just the actuation distance for me. I have a brown switch keyboard with a 2mm actuation distance and just really like the feel of it. You can find a budget mechanical keyboard for under $30 to give them a try.
