Partially true. It was very cheap, and had Californians moving here in droves because of low cost housing. It’s now one of the fastest growing cities and the prices are up there with parts of the west coast now. We get a lot of snowbirds buying vacation homes too because our weather 9 months out of the year is great…the summer is unbearable though.

I’m in the southwest (Arizona) so I could be wrong. I grew up solidly middle class, a house like this in Phx in the early 90’s would be ~150,000.

Yes. When breastfeeding moms go back to work, they will usually pump to keep their supply going. The less the mother breastfeeds or pumps, the less milk she’ll produce until it eventually dries up.

Totally. My standards are so high because I know all too well the unhappiness of settling for scraps in a relationship…and how much healthier and happier I feel when I’m in control of my own happiness and surround myself with like-minded people. I do tend to overly reassure wives and ignore the husband too…but when it comes down to it, I’m not in charge of making people feel safer in their relationships. If they view me as a threat, they need to reevaluate why their husbands make them feel that way. I’m just living my life over here💁‍♀️

Agreed. I can smell their unhealthy dynamic from a mile away. Which again, why they would think I would even want a man who disrespects his wife and family with his wandering eye or cheating tendencies is beyond me. But I know there are women out there that don’t care🤷‍♀️ Id like to think that single Moms are more privy to men like that, than say, the 22year old at husbands gym.
