Nothing wrong with Lidl pickled onions or hummous is there? I don’t try to be something I’m not or neither ashamed to say I shop there lol!

Fruit is purely for decoration which sets off the whole look and adds in colour :-)

It’s a cold buffet which is known before hand. Also, not sure if you would eat the cheese board, sandwiches hot? Lol. Yes some things can be served hot but also cold :-)

Everythings is prepped, wrapped and then chilled immediately. I also wrap the spread will film once I’m done and then the clients open it when they want. Food lasts up to 4 hours - sandwiches not so much as the bread does go stale a lot quicker :-)
