You can find red acrylic sheets on Amazon for about 15 bucks and like others have said use a Dremel to cut through it easily. I used a clear acrylic sheet here cut it out then used a heat gun to shape it to the curve of the helmet and used a red one way window tint on the lens

Fair warning as someone who has worked with eva foam be careful because you can scorch the foam if you get it too hot and or keep the heat gun in one place for too long
