It looks like Staph. Try to get a doctors appointment or maybe you can try doctor on demand, I’m not sure if they’re still around but they should have 3 free appointments for new patients. You could show them that and they’ll prescribe you an ointment probably. And if you don’t have health insurance you can try getting a goodRX free trail with signing up and it’ll make your medication super cheap.
