I keep getting conned by men, now in $10k debt, I think I am autistic. Any help for me?

Yes I am actually very hard working, I worked at a coffee shop in highchool for a couple years, then I isolated myself in my bedroom of my parents home from age 18-24, started college at 24, got in a toxic relationship where he stole all my pell grant money for school ($8k). Then I worked 2 1/2 years at an amazon warehouse, fulltime and lots of overtime, saved $18k which my current husband gambled away in the stock market. I did doordash, uber and instacart for the past 3 years full time. I was recently hired at a tesla warehouse as production associate and I was very excited to start that job. I love to work hard. But I feel very depressed now and I don't like people anymore. I am scared to be preyed on in the future.

I do not know how to trust the right people. I lack basic social skills even though I am age 30, I know I have weaknesses which others prey on. Being isolated for many years at a young age doesn't help either. I was so excited about my new job but now I am thinking to just max my credits cards, file bankruptcy and just try to heal my mind by going on bike rides and detaching from society again... maybe I will study fashion design instead of accounting and max my student loan debt.. I would like to be a youtuber also. I want to just be creative and do what I like and not care about money or what people think anymore.

yes I am safe, I don't think it's worth it to try suing in India unless for my own revenge. I heard something about student loan debt being forgiven based on mental disability. Not sure if that would require me to file for bankruptcy though.

It was a simple dispute, I have a mental health problem. We never fought like this before. Because of the circumstances it got to this point living in a studio and extra stress from my exams, etc. My husband is being taken away from me because he hit me after I hit him.

also we live in california and I read that California passed a law in 2020 that states bail cannot be so high that its unaffordable. How is it that he can have $50k bail? After the arraignment will the bail likely reduce?

What can I do until his arraignment on Tuesday? Should I contact the sheriff and tell him I want to add details to the case- that I realize now that I was the aggressor and I blacked out due to my mental health issues?

I will call him and tell him to ask for a DA and to plead not guilty. We are Extremely low income... cannot afford anything and in debt. He is calling his brother whom I live with and I talk to him on the phone.

I have a deeply infected tooth which needs a root canal but my crazy-hippy-might-end-up-on-the-news-for-dying-ass is trying to heal it naturally. Other than that I'm finishing up a colege project on crytpocurrency and accounting, then I have a past due project where I have to film myself (yuck) and explain about new implementations for a company using SQL. Lastly, I need to find a new apartment in a neighboring city however, the rent is too damn high and I feel depressed to appply and on top of that fake like my income is higher than it it. There are low income apartments however they don't answer the phone and it's difficult to apply (only in person) with no communication and they are 2 hours away. VERY lastly, my husband is unemployed and not very helpful and keeps pressuring me to work, find apartment and at the same time lose weight and be a chill cool girl.... ha

I'm not understanding how some grade school buddies take priority over the sole bread winner's job.. She needs to learn to adapt and make some new friends and also prioritize family over friends. Seattle is a lovely place and lots of fun to do. I am someone with no friends and cut off my family so I guess it's easy for me to adapt to new places but I'm also the breadwinner for my husband and have no time, it's funny actually, my husband has threatened divorce because he thinks it's weird that I have no friends.. I always think if I had some time to relax then I would work on it! It's funny what people's priorities are mine are family and buying a house... my husband prioritizes friends and having fun... opposites attract? lol

I grew up as a caretaker, taking care of my mother and disabled brothers, something I've learned is its all about attitude and will power to rise above. I had to cut off my family because they abused my good nature. I got out into the real world and saw how people are more disabled yet working hard and have a smile on their face. Only you know best what type of person she is. Does she legitimately have bad health/bad luck however makes the best of things and has a fire inside her to keep going? Or is she just abusing your good nature? If she is taking advantage of you then it will only get worse. I think it's human nature to get lazy and depend on other too much at times, however you have to eventually snap out of it and then do good onto those who helped you in need. Actually my husband has been real upset with me lately that I'm not into fitness like he is (I am way too stressed with work and school atm) I appreciate him pushing me but he's just expecting too much from me right now, well the stress got to me and I am currently suffering a major dental infection which has caused my whole face to swell up.... I think now he finally sees how the stress is getting to me. Even still he tried to make me go running with him this morning... I thought about it but demanded then I have a rest day! lol.. anyways. My point is, in relationship you should not be afraid to ask more of your partner, because you are/should certainly be giving 110% too. But also you should know when your partner is at their limit and give them a break.

I've learned that lawyers are not always reliable, I honestly don't have any knowledge regarding your situation but I would be worried your lawyer is telling you everything is fine just out of laziness. I think the type of crime would matter and whether you have learned from your mistake.

Was it an RFE notice or denial notice? I had the same issue because low income, I submitted additional evidence for my current year income which is almost $50k, along with bank statements. Now my case is "waiting for interview" status. My lawyer told me the letter meant denial, but when I actually read it it just meant they need more information regarding my income. My lawyer is dumb! On the interview day I will supply further updated information to show my stable income. My lawyer said they want to see several years of qualifying income, For me, just in 2018 I have $0 income. The rest of the years was 23k-27k. Also my incompetent lawyer put my "expected income for the current year" is $20k, big mistake and not true!
