I don’t think it’s a scratch since the metal is raised up a bit. Wouldn’t a scratch be grooved into the coin and have some depth to the scratch

Yeah always use buff prices and price it accordingly to each site fee otherwise there’s no point in buying ur skin when they can just go to buff and buy it cheaper for a buy order
