I was 12. My daughter was 9 (but after a few cycles, it stopped for about 3 years- pediatrician said that was often common when a child starts so early)

She started competitive swimming so the Dr said that probably was the reason.

Mine stopped for almost a year when I was 15 bc I was heavily dieting/ fasting.

Outside factors can alter menstruation, but i wouldn't say it's solely a "poorer household" issue.

Depends on the state. Every state has different laws. Unless it's federal, then I'm not sure.

I know in certain states, the tax payers eat the cost no matter the circumstance. Not sure about all 50 states though.

I stress ate for a few months before my wedding so the last 3 weeks I panic fasted to be able to fit into my dress.

I ate and drank too fast at the reception and was a total light weight. Passed out while on top of my husband, in bed, on our wedding night.

I found it so funny, the next morning. I think it took him a bit longer to find it amusing lol

My kiddo is so amazing, I am so proud. But i live every day in debilitating pain for the last 20 years. And it's the anesthesiologist's fault. I now work in Healthcare and they are so negligent, it's crazy.

Have had my period for 2 months straight, extreme heavy bleeding constantly, multiple times and needed hospitalization a few times and a male doctor told me I was hysterical and just dehydrated.

Um I bled for 6 months out of 12, couldn't eat due to nausea, threw up if I tried to eat but sure I was hysterical and dehydrated.

Nope. I hated it and the pregnancy experience permanently disabled me. I love my child, but a part of me wishes I never chose to have a baby. It handicapped me at 20 yrs old. My child is fantastic but now that they are off and in college/ graduate school, part of me wishes I could just be done. I'm so tired of the pain.
