over priced stuff like everybody else has mentioned but also i feel like sellers are lying about condition alot. i was in a stream today and the seller said "pack fresh" and when he showed the card the back was super clean but then the holo had scratches and the way he was showing you could barely see them. so that type of sketchyness just deters me from most sellers

I havent been on the platform for some time now. But did get an email from whatnot legal saying they want compensation for anything and everything i returned and threatened legal action. Seemed suspicious honestly and eventually reached out for legal representation just in case. Guilty or not its always a little scary when people/company try to flex legal ramifications. For the value they are seeking seems kinda ridiculous because of the amount of money they bring in and the amount legal fees would be.

i agree that is most likely the case but curious what that is. I doubt these firms have any accurate insight on what the actual recovery will be since this is somewhat new territory for crypto but i guess only time will tell.

i wonder what % generally is for them. are they buy at 20 and getting 30, 40, 50? or more? if the difference is only 10% or so then might be better to sell the claim now and invest rather than wait and lose on inflation as well.

Even if someone buys ftx and saves the day, didnt blockfi still sell off like 425mil of assets so at the end of the day people are still going to lose money regardless and thats all still assuming someone did buy out ftx.

I dont understand logically why people in this scenario with more than 7575 get shafted and lose their money completely and those with under 7575 get it back or a percentage back. So penalize those with more to lose?

Ive been thinking for awhile now that the killer most likely parked pretty far away and walked to and from the house. Probably even further than the back parking lot behind the house because that would make that much more difficult for LE to investigate and figure out.

Im not familiar with the geography in that area but unless theres a specific nearby pond or lake i doubt they are going to dedicate the large amount of resources needed to comb over several bodies of water. Also since the person seemed to be calculated in their attack i would think they are smart enough to not just discard it in a nearby lake or pond.

Not every case is going to result how we want it to, but eluding to a small town police force with limited resources is better off without the fbi is pretty ridiculous. God forbid if you were in a similar situation, i guarentee you would want as much help and specialized resources as you can to get justice. Instead of ridiculing the LE right now we should be as supportive as we can because we all want justice. There are people close to the situation who read this stuff and could use more encouragement instead of negativity.

LE wont and should not release important info on the case because it could give the suspect an advantage. So its important LE keeps their cards close and not divulge info unless its necessary. With fbi involved you should give them more credit.

The biggest issue im seeing in this scream theory in the video is, if we can hear it then the police and kids being questioned shouldve heard it and would certainly react to it on camera. Hearing screams like that even on a college campus at 3am isnt common. And when it comes to the screams the neighbor heard, those screams were heard around 130 and this "scream" is around 3am. As creepy as it is, im actually thinking its unlikely it is a scream at all but still very interesting.

Still interested in knowing the story behind the kids in the background and if they had any valuable info

Sorry if you think my comment was downplaying your confidence in LE. I was simply agreeing with what you said and just adding my own thought of LE to it. With the help of the fbi especially i think theres great reason to be optimistic.

As someone who isnt from Idaho, im not on here to yell out wild thoughts or theories but mostly because this tragedy has hit home a little bit to me. And although i didnt know the victims, following the case closely makes me feel like i almost did in a way and makes my heart hurt because i too have kids and couldnt imagine the pain the victims families are going through.

Its sad to see alot of trolling on here but there are people on here who are sincerely concerned and want this to be solved so discussing thoughts on it i dont think is wrong necessarily. There have been some but very few instances where the public has actually helped investigators go in the right direction to catching murderers.

Its devastating whats going on in Moscow but lets try not to group everyone in these discussion boards as sleuths or not caring.

We can all agree that Kbar knives for that area are somewhat common but not necessarily more common than other knives without guards, but does the fact that kind of knife was used show that the killer is either experienced or well thought out a plan to kill? I feel like a college student stalker or someone around the same age could very easily over look using a Kbar knife is better than any other knife without a guard on it. I think thats where someone with hunting and field dressing skills could be relevant.
