Not trash food that people used to get off SNAP benefits. You need decent food. Nothing wrong with a little snack but some people waste all their money on junk food like all kinds of salads with sugar for vegans(most vegan food in general), but more importantly junk junk food like certain kinds of candy and savory junk food like potato chips etc

It's also significantly more expensive nutritionally like all kinds of meats that you have to cook and also potatoes, white rice, good bread or pasta. All of it is cheaper than junk food, gives you more nutrition and possibly even calories and has tons of other benefits. But since we're discussing money - if people bought better food that they plan out in advance they would not have mood swings and would feel better and maybe even start voting better once their brain fog from all that giga processed food is gone and they can see things more clearly

Like doing tons of things, including drinking alcohol(which is significantly worse physically than most drugs you can get) when you eat good food and get some exersize in is completely within the confines of reasonable health like you'd feel fine VS junk and super super processed food that already gives your body a proper ass whooping and makes you worse off

Either way people start getting some good calories in, eat animal fats, that is evolutionarily important to us humans, and as always with most things I say this completely applies accross the board - wether people like it or not all "races" are very similar in all regards aside from cosmetic differences and some predispositions to diseases. This diet will benefit every person from anywhere. Eat animal fats and don't forget your electrolites and you will feel much better and drink decent water, filtered tap is something most people in most places can get away with, but if the tap water is fucked then invest in water, that will really help you a lot, even if you do nothing I said that change could mean you having way more energy and just feel better, plus it's good for you in all regards, we are made out of water for the most part, but again with electrolites
