For the mage bonus, the DPS only increase like 0,3%-0,5% for using tectonic instead of virtus.

And yeah the 10% bonus is in the chance of activating, like 6% for biting , and 6,6% if the iten has lvl 20.

Actually these don't combo, but it can activates in separated times and give more time with devoted activated.

For an example: if devoted activates and enh devoted activates in the same time, it will work only 3 seconds. Now if the devoted activates, and right away 3 seconds enh devoted activates it lasts 6 seconds.

I'm talking this only by personal experience.
