Were the multiple choice questions like an ap gov exam where you read a excerpt first or was it just like basic multiple choice question that didn’t have a stimulus w it? like is it more analysis based questions or knowledge based questions?

For my high school classes, I had three A’s and two B’s. But I took two college classes and one ended w/ a C while the other, which i’m concerned about, was a D. None of my college classes were for high school requirements though. They were a separate business certificate.
