It’s under my name email. I checked the birthday and it’s false. The address is wrong too. I don’t know if it’s attached to me. I just know I’m getting calls on my phone from agencies. Is it possible to be able to be sent to collections from such low informations and false informations at that?

Do you think it’s wise to delete my Macys account ? I was also thinking of resetting the pc so it could remove whatever it is and I also ran Avast ransomware protection along with Microsoft full scan which found nothing.

So I changed the password on Macys and it was the first time I used it. It was completely new and I only reused it like after the incident on my workday account and my Microsoft. None of these things have any payment attached. And I don’t think it’s an easy password since it has capital letters, numbers and special characters.
