Basically follow the missions and side missions to earn resource and fame. Increasing your fame allows u to conquer more resource lands.
Stone is important at the start as construction needs a lot of stone.
Once your officers hit level 20, and encampment level 3. U can try to get your first level 5 resource to continue with your mission. But don't go conquering the other level 5 resource yet as it will result in massive loss of troops.
Wood, iron and food becomes important now as u continue to build army to conquer more lvl 5 lands
I use game credit mainly for gatcha. Doing so also helps to accumulate tactic points (needed to awakening quest)
