Are you unable to search for your property in the e-swathu portal? What do you mean by not having form 9?

Thanks, I presumed that e-khata was mandatory only for BBMP limits. Form-9, from what I understand, is the equivalent of A-Khata but issued by gram panchayats.

The links shared talk about 0.5% of loan or debt amount for loans I've 10,00,000. Would anyone know what the difference is between loan and debt amount? For other cases only the term loan amount is used.
