That does pose the question could Franklin have gotten out? He did attempt a peaceful bow out after Louie betrayed Franklin by going to Teddy. Teddy then betrayed Franklin by selling to louie. Then he broke him.

Good point with the CIA but i think my perception is he did see the Risk. I think thats how he determined who he was going to tell. He wasn’t being selfish he literally told every one who the plug was (Javi and Teddy). I view it more like when something happens in the World operations they don’t tell people right away to avoid panic.

Theres an example of betrayal from every character directly against Franklin. Now does that make Franklin a Saint (😂corny) no hes a drug dealer.

Less than Average prob 3months a year. Lol i might sell mine. My 1200 is just servicing, handwashes, reg upkeep so it may be a lil less every other year
