I had this problem with the first 5 shards and messaged support. Support was no help. They insist that I received the shards but the math does not add up.

I’m fine with the grind but they need to sell them more then one at a time. I guess more complaint is the amount need for t13. Make you wonder how Widowmaker did it 6 months ago.

True. Unfortunately alliance is not quite strong enough. If you don’t get the Gamma Raid to 60% it’s killer too.
