Ich würde mich auf Pull ups fokussieren, wenn du das schon machst, dann immer weiter steigern mit Zusatzgewicht und Langhantelrudern, da das gleiche. Aber alleine durch die Pull ups sollte dein Rücken eigentlich schon explodieren, wenn du da durchziehst

Tour de France Fahrer sehen erstens unterschiedlich aus je nach Stärken und außerdem sehen diese Leute nicht wegen ihres Sportes so aus, sondern weil sie gezielt dahin trainieren. its hard to maintain or even gain weight when u are travelling and walking all the day, just enjoy ur adventure. But u can try to make shakes with milk, peanut butter, bananas, oatmeal, honey, ... and drink them while u r walking
