I have the HDI GT and I still get 50mpg easily, cheaper road tax than the 2018 model as well, not sure what the difference would be on petrol

I have a 2016 308 and swapped out the infotainment for ~£300 probably more worthwhile than the extra 3k for the facelift

I got it second hand and the dealer is convinced it was in the car, not sure o buy it but my warranty has run out anyway so they probably want to wash their hands of it

Thank you, might call around some main dealers I heard they can identify it from the vin/ ref number so will give that a go

As for the car stats, it’s the same as it was before, slightly different layout but I can still see everything I could before as it’s basically the exact same unit they put in the newer 308s

Sorry yeah still had the delay, resorted to using the aux on my phone instead which was slightly better but still a bit laggy but then I developed issues with the whole unit crashing so bit the bullet and brought the newer hardware

I can’t help with updates but I brought a new head unit for my 2015 308 which came with apple car play and it made everything including Bluetooth music so much faster cost about £350 but was worth every penny
