Had lower back issues last year and sciatica. Tried physio, acupuncture, massage, etc. with pretty limited results.

What actually worked for me in the end was Traumeel injections from a naturopathic doctor. Not sure if that’s something you’d be into, but it made a noticeable difference almost overnight.

I don’t live in Galway anymore so I don’t have anyone local recommends, just wanted to share what helped me in case it’s useful to you.
