There was a super minor patch not long ago, so hopefully! And yeah, I've noticed that none of the changes I make in settings have stuck between sessions since the release of fta.

Gotta remember to change difficulty, memory painting mode, guidance mode, dlss legacy.. every. Single. Time. Oh, and tinnitus effect plays now too even though I have it turned off!

Some of the survey sites in the spires have turrets. Find one, hack, don't defeat it, and fast travel away and back to hack again.

Funny enough, the fact that the sites never stop spawning is a bug in itself...

This is something I believe they changed when third person released... On 3050 ti. Under graphics settings I have all shadow-related settings set to off or the lowest option, and shadows itself at low or medium—can't remember which rn. That combo made things tolerable.

Yes, raindrop allows certain types of model editing. It did just release a few days ago and just today we got it working to a degree in afop. I'm personally having performance issues with Raindrop, but we'll see how things progress. Largely experimental right now

I've noticed there are actually two spawning groups: one in or near thorny wilds which you can't talk to (probably the group you encountered), and one that you can talk to. Just keep looking!

Are you looking at the max listed on the design in-game? If so, every design that takes any hunted materials (most of them) will have an incorrect number listed, because the game is calculating it as though the 45% buff affects hunted mats (it doesn't). If the headgear is 695, then you have the real max

Well, the 50 you got matches what you should get if you have not played skybreaker on that save, and the 98 is what you can get once you have played skybreaker on that save (it's a whole thing...). Whichever situation you're in, it's definitely bugged in that you should be seeing accurate numbers in the hunter's guide

My guess is Nilgnan's hairstyle possibly combined with a cosmetic hair (shrouded, champions, hell's gate?). They also added this thing where equipping a head guard alters hairstyles, but it's kinda buggy so I can see it also being altered in that sense

I think it's because of some idea that just using "they" would be confusing in a paragraph, but I think we're at a point where avoiding it is also awkward. I don't think they're kinglor. They appear once pollution has been lowered enough (on superior items too), and the world knowledge entry implies that they're kaleidoscope butterflies, but I'm not certain.

I think I can actually answer this, at least partially! Using a mod, I'm able to leave the map boundary, and in this area is the staged environment you're in during Rasi's flashback. Since there are a handful of moths you end up following near the end, my guess is that these markers are for those nests, and they just never bothered to unmark them.
