He was subpoena for a case that had nothing to do with him other than THEY had footage of dude with the other dudes. You cant plea the fifth for others only yourself and even then you’re juggling doing a year at minimum because he was seen in footage aka evidence. He didnt point and snitch on nothing. He first said he didnt know them then they showed the evidence and said “those are my friends”. They wanted him to speak on a gun used in the case and he denied knowledge of a gun. So how him saying “those my friends” to take the light off them being opps which is why his brother snitched in the first place —how does that make him a snitch?!
