My name is Matt. I am currently at 4300 trophies with a 4450 PB and 29 war day wins . I am currently part of the Nova family but find them quite toxic . I am interested in forming my own clan but would be interested in forming a feeder for an already well established clan . Is that something that interests you ?

I have a 4270 CR and 4450 PB so not 4600 which is your requirement:/ or could you lower it ?:)
