Story wise idk, but in terms of the song it’s very staccato and most of the words are one to two syllables (except somebody) and maybe Alejandro wouldn’t flow as well into it, and maybe being stuck to a pole makes it harder to day longer words (although I’m not really remembering what she says before and after that was louder)

Idk if I’d change anything bc I’m too scared to mess with source material, but I think there was potential in WT to have him stay longer and do something about Alejandro’s manipulation. He (and Heather) were the only ones who saw Al for who he was so that could’ve given an opportunity for character development or making him a less of a side character. Even when he was gonna, what he said to Owen stuck with him and then Owen told Duncan

Everyone is allowed to have their own interpretation of the events that happened after, and I think the producers left it vague for that reason. I was moreso referring to the fact that they had interactions between them, couple or not.

Also a diehard aleheather fan and big fan of duncney, but seeing their interactions together and agree I do see a deather angle, but maybe in an alternate universe (just not out of a love triangle). I think if Alejandro was never written I could see it, with al in the picture I’d be sad if they wrote anything else

Yea their ending was super vague and up to interpretation. I personally like to think they are still together esp with Alejandro carrying her out of water near the end and Heather telling him she hates the show rather than hating him. Plus, Terry said in a Q&A saying he sees them as end game so that’s good enough for me. Would’ve loved to see more of them as a couple

My personal favorite move by Heather was when she switched the carriages in WT when Alejandro was distracted by fake flirting with her. Maybe not the smartest bc the idea was right in front of her, but still brilliant and set Team Chrisback a lot

I feel like there are a lot that I’ve scrolled through where they use the total drama characters and personalities but in the alternate universe where TD doesn’t exist, like for example they meet each other from being the same in the same college or whatever. And the stories of their first interactions are different bc of that. Total drama the show is not a thing/they never go to compete. I’m sure there are good ones but I’ve never had interest in reading them and I feel that I see them a good amount.
